Job summary

29th Street Property Management is seeking an Experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance operations across a portfolio of multifamily properties in Louisville, KY. You will train and supervise Maintenance Technicians, manage work orders, coordinate vendors, and ensure timely, cost-effective repairs.

Qualifications

• Superior organization and communication skills.
• Able to provide courteous, professional service to residents, managers and vendors.
• Honest time reporting; reliable and punctual.
• HVAC experience is required.
• Valid driver’s license may be required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance operations for a portfolio or property and mentor technicians.
• Perform plumbing, electrical, drywall, boiler maintenance and related tasks.
• Schedule preventive maintenance and ensure inspections (fire, backflow, elevator, pool, etc.).
• Manage work orders with Community Manager and staff; close out in PM software.
• Coordinate staff or vendors to complete requests within 24 hours and ensure units are ready within7 days.
• Maintain budgets and log activities; train and supervise staff.
