Qualifications

• Multifamily maintenance experience, including supervisory responsibility.
• HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, and general building upkeep.
• EPA certification required; additional technical certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and support the onsite service team to deliver exceptional results.
• Oversee daily maintenance operations, including service requests, preventative maintenance, and apartment turns.
• Ensure service requests are completed efficiently, professionally, and to NTS standards.
• Manage vendor relationships, maintenance supplies, inventory, and expenses.
• Conduct regular inspections of buildings, equipment, amenities, and grounds.
• Maintain building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical equipment.
• Partner with the property management team to support resident satisfaction and community performance.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, company policies, and applicable regulations.
