The role blends field leadership with strategic office coordination to manage subcontractors, materials, and schedules with proactive risk and change management. The ideal candidate has proven experience with VRV/VRF systems and high-end multifamily projects, plus knowledge of tunnel form construction, DOAS, stair pressurization, and CONO systems.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience managing large multifamily HVAC projects.
• Hands-on with tunnel form construction, VRV/VRF, DOAS.
• Strong ability to manage scope, schedule, and budget.
• Proven leadership and coordination with GC, subs, and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full lifecycle of a 2+ year HVAC installation project.
• Maintain ownership of scope, schedule, and budget.
• Coordinate materials and schedules with subcontractors.
• Process RFIs, ASIs, and Change Orders per contracts.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation to control costs and delays.
• Provide field oversight and ensure project milestones.
