Job summary

Noco Holdings LLC is seeking an experienced HVAC Field Superintendent to manage on-site mechanical operations for a major multifamily new construction project in Wilmington, NC, with future travel to Atlanta, Charlotte, or Raleigh. The role offers leadership, autonomy, and career development in a collaborative environment.

You will lead day-to-day field activities, coordinate with Project Managers on material orders and RFIs, supervise subcontractors, ensure safety and quality, and drive project

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years in commercial HVAC construction and installation.
• 3+ years direct HVAC supervisory/field leadership.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable truck for travel.
• Ability to read complex architectural/MEP blueprints and specs.
• Strong digital literacy with construction management software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day field operations and HVAC installation from ground-break to commissioning.
• Coordinate with Project Managers on material ordering, RFIs, tracking change orders.
• Lead MEP quality control and safety programs with on-site safety meetings.
• Direct subcontractor crews and maintain organized material storage.
• Review shop drawings, manage system start-ups, TAB and certifications.
• Collaborate with General Contractors, trade partners, and inspectors to pass inspections.
• Maintain real-time job logs using company software.
