Job summary

Chartered Development Corporation in Erie, CO is seeking a Full‑Time Multifamily Residential Mechanical Foreman to lead HVAC and mechanical services across a growing portfolio. You will supervise installation, maintenance, and commissioning while coordinating with property management, construction teams, vendors, and trade partners.

The role requires leadership experience, strong technical HVAC knowledge, and a commitment to safety and quality on site.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in mechanical installation within residential construction.
• Experience supervising mechanical crews on multifamily projects and reading construction plans.
• Familiarity with local building codes, safety regulations, and project standards.
• Ability to lead a field team and coordinate with management, trades, and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise daily mechanical activity to ensure high‑quality, on‑time installations.
• Oversee diagnosis, repair, and maintenance of HVAC/mechanical systems across properties.
• Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs and inspection schedules.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and trade partners to meet schedule and scope.
• Maintain accurate records using Procore or similar software and mentor junior staff.
• Assist with commissioning, startup, and performance verification of systems.
