Qualifications

• Proven experience as a mechanical foreman or similar role in construction.

• Demonstrated leadership abilities, with the ability to supervise and motivate a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with stakeholders.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and drawings.
• Ability to work independently and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
