Job summary

Chartered Development Corporation is seeking a full-time Multifamily Residential Mechanical Foreman to lead HVAC and mechanical services across Chartered's growing portfolio and active construction projects. You will supervise crews, ensure safety, coordinate with managers and trades, and drive commissioning, preventative maintenance, and asset reliability in our Denver-area communities.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in mechanical installation within the residential construction industry.
• Proven experience managing or supervising mechanical crews on multifamily residential construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and ability to read and interpret construction plans.
• Ability to use Procore or similar project management software.
• Fluent English; Spanish language skills considered a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage daily activities of the mechanical team to ensure high-quality, on-time installation of mechanical systems.
• Oversee diagnosis, repair, and maintenance of HVAC and mechanical systems across the portfolio.
• Respond to and prioritize complex mechanical service requests and emergency maintenance calls.
• Develop and improve preventative maintenance programs and service standards.
• Coordinate with property management, construction personnel, vendors, and trade partners to ensure project success.
