Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in construction-related field.
12–18 years in commercial construction field operations with senior leadership experience.

Responsibilities

Provide strategic leadership and executive oversight for multiple large-scale multifamily projects.
Lead and develop senior field management teams including Senior Superintendents and Superintendents.
Drive innovation and continuous improvement in field operations through new methods and tech.
Collaborate with preconstruction and business development to develop project approaches and value engineering solutions.
Serve as primary field operations representative for key client relationships and major projects.
Establish field standards, safety culture, and quality management across projects.
Oversee multi-site field operations and resource coordination.
