Qualifications

• 12–18 years of progressive commercial construction field operations experience.
• At least 5–7 years in senior superintendent or field leadership roles.
• Extensive multifamily construction project experience.
• Proven track record managing multiple large-scale projects over $20M simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for multiple large multifamily projects, ensuring safety and client satisfaction.
• Lead and develop senior field teams including Senior Superintendents and Superintendents.
• Drive innovation in field operations through advanced methodologies and tech.
• Collaborate with preconstruction, PM, and BD to shape winning project approaches.
• Represent field operations with strategic clients and major stakeholders.
• Establish field standards, best practices, and performance metrics.
