• Full construction process experience including walkthroughs, punchouts and closeout.
• Ability to anticipate issues and prevent delays.
• Procore or similar construction management software experience.
• Coordinate inspections, safety compliance, and production scheduling.
• Strong understanding of sequencing, logistics, and quality control.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
