Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Multifamily Construction Superintendent in Michigan to oversee daily operations from start to finish. You will coordinate subcontractors, manage schedules, monitor budgets, and maintain safety and quality across large-scale multifamily projects.

Applicants should have 5+ years in multifamily supervision, a construction-related degree, and strong leadership, planning, and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of multifamily construction supervision experience.
• Strong knowledge of construction techniques, codes, and safety regulations.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily multifamily construction projects from inception to completion.
• Coordinate subcontractors, ensure timelines and quality standards.
• Conduct site inspections for safety and building codes compliance.
• Create and maintain project schedules with managers and stakeholders.
• Monitor budgets and control project costs.
• Lead daily team meetings to review progress and issues.
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of equipment and materials.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and clients to resolve challenges.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols on site.
