Qualifications

5+ years of experience as a Superintendent.
Experience on multifamily, senior living, and commercial projects.
Experience on $10M+ value projects.
Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
Highly organized with strong analytical and decision-making abilities.

Responsibilities

Coordinate field teams, consultants, and suppliers in the correct sequence to avoid delays.
Develop, update, and manage the master project timeline and scheduling.
Lead weekly coordination meetings with trade partners to ensure alignment.
Carry out routine quality reviews to ensure workmanship meets standards.
Identify and resolve conflicts in sequencing and installation promptly.
