Michael Page is seeking a Multifamily Superintendent to oversee on-site construction across multiple residential projects in Troy, MI. You will lead teams, coordinate with subcontractors and vendors, and ensure work is completed on time and to spec.

You will monitor safety, quality, schedules, and documentation, report to stakeholders, and adapt plans to keep momentum. Strong leadership, communication, and regulatory knowledge are essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily on-site construction operations to ensure projects are completed efficiently and on schedule.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to maintain project timelines and quality standards.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Enforce safety protocols and compliance with local construction regulations.
• Conduct quality control inspections to ensure work meets design specifications.
• Resolve on-site issues and adapt plans as necessary to maintain project momentum.
• Collaborate with project managers and architects to address design or construction challenges.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including schedules, reports, and logs.
