Qualifications

• Extensive field operations leadership on multifamily or mixed-use projects.
• Strong GC background and hands-on supervision of interior fit-out work.
• Experience coordinating complex occupied or phased construction safely.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day field operations for multifamily and interior construction.
• Plan, coordinate, and supervise activities from mobilization to completion.
• Develop short-term and look-ahead schedules with the Project Manager.
• Coordinate daily activities among subcontractors, vendors, and inspectors.
• Establish priorities and ensure crews have resources to maintain production.
• Monitor manpower, productivity, sequencing, and progress on site.
• Identify schedule conflicts and implement pre-emptive solutions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional jobsite.
• Direct subcontractors, conduct coordination meetings, and ensure QC.
