Qualifications

• Requires Engineering, Construction Management or related Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience.
• Requires 10+ years of experience in Stick-frame Multi-Family Residential Construction, with sitework and garage experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of construction disciplines, cost control, scheduling, safety regulations and technical drawings.

Responsibilities

• Lead one or more construction projects from planning to completion.
• Develop, update and maintain master and trade-specific schedules.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors and inspectors to meet deadlines.
• Ensure permits, approvals and compliance with safety standards.
• Prepare daily logs, progress photos and weekly meetings with the project team.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
• Uphold site safety plans, risk controls and documentation control.
• Report progress to lenders and project management.
