Job summary

DevCo Residential Group is seeking a Full-Time Construction Superintendent for a North Park project in Billings, MT. The role oversees all daily construction site operations, ensuring on-time delivery, budget adherence, and safety compliance on a 152-unit garden-style project.

The candidate will lead field teams, coordinate with the Project Manager, and drive schedule accuracy, quality, and safety across the site. A 4-year construction degree and 5–7 years of supervision experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• 4-year degree in construction or related field.
• 5–7 years garden-style multifamily supervision.
• Background check and drug screen required.
• U.S. work authorization required.
• English fluency in speaking and writing.

Responsibilities

• Plan and set up the job site and safety plans.
• Oversee scheduling of materials, equipment, manpower, and subcontractors.
• Monitor project schedule, quality, and safety.
• Lead meetings with the team and coordinate with the Project Manager.
• Maintain OSHA compliance and safety records.
• Mentor field staff and manage subcontractor relationships.
