Job summary

DevCo US Construction is seeking a Full-Time Traveling Construction Site Superintendent experienced in multifamily development. You will lead on-site operations, ensuring on-time delivery, budget adherence, quality, and safety across project sites across the United States.

The North Park project in Billings, MT (152 units) starts December 2026 and runs through October 2028. The role requires travel, relocation, and leadership of on-site teams from ground-up to completion.

Qualifications

• 4-year degree in a construction related field or commensurate field experience.
• 5-7 years work experience in garden style multifamily construction site supervision.
• Experience leading mid-to-large multifamily new construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Plan and set up the job site, including project schedule and safety plans.
• Oversee scheduling of materials, equipment, manpower, and subcontractors to meet schedule and quality.
• Monitor progress, coordinate with Project Manager, and prepare status reports.
• Lead daily/weekly meetings and manage safety compliance and OSHA requirements.
• Travel as required for project assignments across the U.S.
