Job summary

Green Key Resources' client, a leading Midwest construction firm, seeks a Senior Construction Project Manager to lead multifamily, mixed-use and senior living projects in the Columbus area. You will manage preconstruction through closeout, develop budgets and schedules, coordinate with owners, architects and subcontractors, and ensure quality, safety and profitability.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction project management experience specifically with multifamily projects.
• Proven experience managing ground-up apartment, mixed-use, senior living, or similar multifamily developments.
• Strong understanding of multifamily construction sequencing, scheduling, and subcontractor coordination.

Responsibilities

• Manage multifamily construction projects from preconstruction through completion.
• Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, and cost forecasts.
• Manage subcontractor bidding, buyout, contracts, and performance.
• Coordinate closely with Superintendents, owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
• Review and manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation.
• Monitor project costs and identify potential budget or schedule issues.
• Lead owner and project meetings and provide regular progress updates.
• Ensure projects meet quality, safety, schedule, and profitability expectations.
• Oversee project closeout, punch lists, turnover, and final documentation.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and project partners.
