Job summary

Greenkey Resources LLC is seeking a Superintendent to oversee multifamily construction, ensuring safety, quality, and timely completion. You will manage field operations from preconstruction to project closeout, coordinating subcontractors and vendors, while mentoring field personnel.

The role requires 10+ years in construction, strong scheduling skills, and proficiency with Procore or Bluebeam. A high school diploma or GED is required, OSHA 30 preferred. On-site leadership in Cincinnati area.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of construction field experience, preferably multifamily.
• Experience reading architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
• Proficiency with construction technology and project management software like Procore or Bluebeam.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage field operations for multifamily construction projects, ensuring safety and quality.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, suppliers, and site personnel to maintain project schedules.
• Develop and maintain short-term schedules in coordination with project management teams.
• Monitor project progress and address potential delays or conflicts proactively.
• Review project documents to ensure accurate and compliant work performance.
• Coordinate major trades, including sitework, concrete, framing, MEP, and finishes.
• Conduct regular site inspections and meetings to address quality and safety concerns.
• Assist with project closeout activities, including commissioning and warranty processes.
