Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience managing commercial or industrial construction projects.
• Strong scheduling, budgeting, cost control, and contract administration.
• Experience with manufacturing, warehouse, distribution, commercial, healthcare, or institutional projects.
• Ability to build relationships with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
• Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, Sage, or similar software.
• Self-motivated to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial and industrial construction projects from award through completion.
• Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, forecasts, and cost reports.
• Coordinate project teams including Superintendents, Project Engineers, subcontractors, and consultants.
• Lead project planning efforts and ensure milestones are met.
• Manage subcontractor procurement, contract administration, and change orders.
• Monitor performance and address issues related to cost, schedule, quality, and safety.
• Conduct owner, architect, and subcontractor meetings and maintain stakeholder communication.
• Review RFIs, submittals, pay applications, and project documentation.
