Job summary

Stark Enterprises is seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee on-site construction activities across build-out projects and capital improvements. The role requires coordinating subcontractors, schedules, quality, and safety to deliver projects on time and within budget.

You will work closely with the Project Manager, contractors, and consultants to ensure compliance with design intent and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in commercial construction.
• 1-2 years of experience as a superintendent.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, codes, sequencing, and safety requirements.
• Ability to read and interpret construction documents.
• Experience coordinating subcontractors and field activities.
• Strong communication and field leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily on-site supervision of construction activities for assigned projects.
• Coordinate subcontractors, deliveries, inspections, and site logistics to maintain safe, efficient workflows.
• Conduct daily site walkthroughs to monitor progress, verify compliance with plans, and identify potential issues.
• Enforce safety policies, conduct toolbox talks, and ensure adherence to OSHA and site-specific safety protocols.
• Review and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and submittals.
• Identify field discrepancies and collaborate with the Project Manager to resolve them promptly.
