Job summary

BH Management, LLC is seeking a Community Manager II to oversee day-to-day operations of a multifamily community in Dallas. You will manage financials, leasing, maintenance, and resident services while upholding BH standards.

This role requires 3–5 years in property management, strong communication, leadership, and proficiency in MS Office. Travel up to 20% is expected; Monday–Friday schedule with equal opportunity employer statements.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of property management experience.
• Advanced MS Office Word/Excel and computer technology skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Prior leadership experience required.
• High School or GED; some college preferred.
• Ability to travel as required (approximately 20%).

Responsibilities

• Regularly inspects the property to ensure standards and safety compliance.
• Develops marketing and leasing strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.
• Monitors budgets, reports variances, and coordinates vendor payments.
• Hires, trains, and mentors property staff; conducts evaluations.
• Responds to resident requests and ensures timely service orders.
• Produces weekly/monthly operational reports as required.
