Job summary

BH Management, a leading multifamily owner and operator, seeks a Community Manager in Raleigh, NC. You will oversee day-to-day operations—financials, administration, sales, marketing and maintenance—and ensure BH standards and outstanding customer service.

The role requires 3 years of property management experience, strong leadership, and advanced MS Office skills. You will train staff, manage budgets, monitor occupancy, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.

Qualifications

• 3 years of property management experience.
• Advanced MS Office (Word/Excel) and computer literacy.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• High School or GED required; some college preferred.
• State leasing license required or ability to obtain within regulatory timeframe.

Responsibilities

• Inspect the property to ensure safety, regulatory compliance, and BH standards.
• Develop marketing and leasing strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.
• Monitor budgets, financial reports, and vendor payments; manage accounts receivable as needed.
• Coordinate repairs and maintenance; oversee and document preventative maintenance.
• Hire, train, supervise, and evaluate staff; provide mentoring and leadership.
