Job summary

Monarch Quantum is seeking a Multi‑Disciplinary Engineer 3 (Electro‑Optics‑Lasers) to build core hardware capabilities from the ground up in a fast-moving startup. You will work across multiple disciplines to solve challenging problems with exceptional hands‑on skills in at least one field.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
• 5+ years of relevant experience including higher‑education work.
• Hands-on experience generating and controlling high‑power lasers and beam modulation.
• Proven ability to analyze, fabricate, and test designs to validate performance through real‑world experimentation.
• Extensive high‑power laser safety experience preferred.
