Job summary

DESOTEC in Parker, Texas, is seeking a skilled maintenance technician to perform maintenance and repair across electrical, carpentry, welding, plumbing, and facility systems. You will troubleshoot PLC and SCADA-controlled equipment, support preventive and predictive maintenance, and respond to downtime and emergencies as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repair across electrical, carpentry, welding, plumbing, sheet metal, painting, and facility maintenance.
• Troubleshoot equipment, facility, and production system issues using lean methods (PDCA, root cause analysis).
• Support preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
• Maintain, repair, and improve plant equipment, grounds, and facility infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot and repair PLC and SCADA-controlled equipment.
• Develop and follow maintenance programs to ensure equipment performance.
