Job summary

DESOTEC in Parker, Colorado is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Technician to support our sustainable, mobile filter production facilities. You will perform maintenance across electrical, mechanical, and facility systems, troubleshoot PLC/SCADA controlled equipment, and lead maintenance tasks in the plant.

You will mentor staff, support preventative programs, ensure environmental and safety compliance, and respond to plant downtime.

Qualifications

• Experience maintaining electrical, mechanical, and facility systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex equipment using PDCA and RCA.
• Knowledge of environmental, health and safety regulations.
• Willingness to respond to on-call emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repair across electrical, carpentry, welding, plumbing, and facility systems.
• Troubleshoot complex equipment using lean methods such as PDCA and RCA.
• Support preventative maintenance programs.
• Maintain plant equipment and facilities.
• Troubleshoot PLC and SCADA controlled equipment.
• Update maintenance KPIs and track performance.
• Lead maintenance operations in the Plant Manager's absence.
• Respond to downtime and emergencies outside normal hours.
