Qualifications

• 7 years in payroll administration, tax compliance, and HRIS in a multi-entity environment.
• At least 1 year supervising full-time staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead payroll operations for AU and AUM, ensuring timely, accurate processing.
• Maintain system integrity and regulatory compliance across jurisdictions.
• Develop and mentor the payroll team and manage internal controls.
• Coordinate with HR, Finance, and IT to resolve complex payroll issues.
• Oversee data security, reporting, and audits related to payroll.
