Job summary

Opelikachamber is seeking a detail-oriented HR Payroll Specialist to manage payroll processing and support HR functions in the United States. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of payroll processing experience and a strong understanding of payroll regulations. Qualifications

  • 2+ years of full-cycle payroll processing experience.
  • Strong understanding of payroll processes and related regulations.
  • Proficiency with full payroll software (ATS, HRIS, payroll).
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office with strong Excel skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in related field preferred.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.
