Job summary

Akash Management, LLC – Director of Operations for Carl's Jr. in Washington state seeks an accomplished leader to manage daily unit operations across locations. This is a field role requiring hands-on oversight and strong financial discipline.

You will partner with the executive team on cost analysis, budgeting, hiring, training, and developing leadership across restaurants, with a focus on service excellence and sustainable growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years of fast casual leadership experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with multitasking ability.
• Strong leadership, initiative and customer-service focus.
• Ability to work long hours, weekends and holidays.
• Proficient with POS systems and MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations across all units in WA.
• Collaborate with Executive Team on cost analysis and pricing.
• Hire, train, and develop leadership teams.
• Develop and implement efficient routines to meet standards.
• Maintain POS procedures and policy compliance.
• Develop annual operational budgets.
• Work long hours as needed.
