Responsibilities

• Conduct “pre-planned” coaching and mentoring of GMs, AMs and crew.
• Conduct annual performance appraisals and provide constructive feedback.
• Provide professional development and career track mentoring to GMs and AMs.
• Achieve operational excellence by reinforcing company policies and standards.
• Develop action plans to resolve gaps and coordinate field support resources.
• Prepare and present weekly financial/operational updates at meetings.
