Job summary

Domino’s is seeking a store operations leader responsible for driving results across assigned stores in Virginia. You will manage the P&L with your supervisor, ensure food, labor and service goals are met, and oversee staffing, training, and maintenance.

This role requires adherence to safety standards, inventory control, and timely reporting, with a minimum 50-hour work week. You will implement new products and ideas, maintain store budgets, and ensure staff performance.

Responsibilities

• Implements new products or ideas smoothly.
• Manages store budgets and inventories monthly.
• Ensures all reports and paperwork are timely and accurate.
