Job summary

MarcJax,LLC in Tallahassee, FL is seeking an experienced Area Supervisor to lead a portfolio of McDonald’s restaurants. You will coach General Managers, drive QSC, and optimize profitability across locations through strong people leadership and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Must have prior McDonald's system experience at GM/Area Supervisor/Operations level.
• Experience managing multi-unit operations or high-volume QSR locations.
• Knowledge of inventory, labor scheduling, and ROIP/QSC Playbook standards.

Responsibilities

• Coach and support General Managers across assigned locations, conduct performance reviews, and drive retention.
• Ensure locations uphold McDonald's brand standards, food safety, and QSC.
• Analyze P&L statements, track food cost and labor, and drive profitability.
• Lead rollout of promotions, menu items, and tech deployments.
• Conduct monthly operations reviews, cash/security audits, and safety checks.
