Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age.
• Three (3) years supervisory experience required.
• Minimum of two (4) years’ experience preferred in a fast-paced food service or similar environment.
• Bachelor’s Degree in related field or equivalent experience preferred.
• Excellent written and oral communication.
• Enthusiastically supports, actively promotes, and demonstrates superior customer service in accordance with department and company standards and programs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the activities of all Front of House F&B leaders and operations of Restaurant, Beverage, Banquets, and Team Dining area operations.
• Assures exemplary levels of Guest Service are being offered by all Team members and Leaders in front of the house F&B.
• Manages all financial operating expenses including budget, P&L, labor costs, controllables, and cost of goods relative to front of house operations.
• Oversees effective communication with Front of House F&B Team members and conducts pre-shift meetings and training.
• Maintains interdepartmental communication to meet guest needs and works with back of house personnel.
• Oversees ordering of goods and supplies and enforces proper ordering/receiving procedures.
• Upholds HR and Administration policies and procedures.
• Tracks attendance; manages payroll reporting for Front of House using Kronos.
• Ensures cleanliness, sanitation, and safety standards are met; completes safety documentation monthly.
• Investigates and resolves food quality issues and guest complaints; responds to comments via Medallia.
• Communicates with chefs on guest feedback and menu items.
• Reviews service and daily operations with random table touches.
• Creates and executes effective Team member training programs.
