Job summary

Cactus Petes Resort Casino is seeking a lead Casino Services professional to oversee payroll, cash handling, scheduling, and internal controls. You will maintain guest service excellence and lead a diverse team across Casino Services divisions.

Qualifications include two years in casino roles with supervisory experience, plus a High School Diploma or GED and preferably an Associate’s degree in business-related fields. Full-time position with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Prior cash handling experience is required.
• English reading/writing is required.
• Minimum two years of casino experience with at least one year in casino Cage or Casino Services or Players Club and one year of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire Casino Services operation including payroll, cost control, scheduling of cashiers, compliance with internal controls and regulations.
• Maintain high level of guest service in all duties performed.
• Provide leadership to all Casino Services Team Members and coach them for improved performance.
