Job summary

ProTec Building Services is seeking a Maintenance Technician with multi-trade experience to perform maintenance tasks on building components and supervise assigned technicians on job sites. Responsibilities include reading specs, performing repairs, ordering materials, and ensuring safety on site.

Qualifications

• Two to three years of working experience in at least 2 of the following trades: framing, concrete, electrical, plumbing, painting, drywall, etc.
• Certifications in Trade, OSHA, and Equipment are a plus but not required.
• Valid Driver’s License with no DUI/DWI in past five years.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance tasks across multiple trades to maintain building components and common areas.
• supervise and coordinate maintenance technicians and schedule work on site.
• Read technical data, manufacturer specifications and perform repairs and installations.
• Order materials, manage supplies, and report field status to management.
• Maintain safety on site and follow the safety code of conduct.
