• 2–3 years of experience in at least two trades.
• Trade, OSHA, and equipment certifications are a plus but not required.
• Valid Driver’s License, no DUI/DWI in five years.
• Ability to use construction tools and read data/specifications.
• Self-starter with good communication and safety focus.
• Reliable transportation to various job sites.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate maintenance technicians on jobs.
• Read technical data, perform repairs and installations per scope.
• Respond to maintenance requests and complete work orders.
• Procure and deliver materials, manage time and expenses.
• Maintain high safety standards and report field observations to management.
