Job summary

ProTec Building Services in Irvine, CA is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician with multi-trade capabilities to support building and common area maintenance. The role includes supervising and coordinating technicians, managing work orders, and ordering materials for assigned jobs.

You will perform carpentry, concrete, electrical, plumbing, painting, drywall and related tasks, while maintaining safety standards and reporting hazards to management.

Qualifications

• Two to three years of working experience in at least two trades.
• Trade, OSHA, and Equipment Certifications are a plus but not required.
• Valid Driver’s License with no major restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Perform regular maintenance duties and supervise assigned jobs.
• Order materials and outline responsibilities for technicians scheduled for the job site.
• Read technical data and manufacture specifications for repairs and installations.
• Respond to maintenance requests and complete work orders per scope of work.
• Maintain high safety standards and report hazards to management.
• Record time and expenses in ProTec Connect Daily.
