Qualifications

• Work in hazardous and confined spaces and adverse weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Perform semi-skilled tasks in building construction and maintenance.
• Inspect and repair buildings, equipment, roadways and grounds.
• Assist journey-level trades personnel in skilled maintenance and repairs.
• Prepare work summary reports and read/write work orders.
• Ensure operational readiness and safety of equipment.
