Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, business, or related field preferred.
• 8+ years of progressive payroll management experience with multi-state operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle, biweekly payroll processing for a multi-state workforce.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations, including payroll taxes and garnishments.
• Coordinate with Finance on reconciliations, month-end close, and year-end reporting.
• Integrate payroll with HRIS and ERP systems to ensure data accuracy and streamlined reporting.
• Develop and deliver payroll reports and analytics for Finance, Operations, and leadership.
• Train and support managers and employees on payroll and timekeeping processes.
