Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field (degree conferred on or before start date).
• Three years customer service, public relations and/or computer experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage ticketing for two or more sports and related programs, incl. travel for events.
• Develop ticket pricing, packaging, and key dates (renewals, on-sales, seat selections).
• Assist inbound sales and service during high call/in-person volume.
• Collaborate with Sales, POSSE, marketing and Analytics under leadership.
