Airswift has been tasked by a major client to hire a Multi-Skilled Operator IV for an initial one-year W2 contract in Crane, TX. The role focuses on advancing well operations and technical leadership on site.

The candidate should bring senior level experience (7+ years), strong technical skills, and the ability to lead coordination across teams while maximizing production and ensuring safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• Senior level, typically 7+ years of experience.
• Provides more technical support than administrative support.
• Typically viewed as a technical/functional specialist in discipline.
• Ability to apply extensive knowledge and experience to a wide variety of situations.
• Recommends solutions to complex problems.
• Performs major accountabilities.
• Typically acts as a lead in the technical/functional area, coordinating the work of others, but is not a supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Oversee well operations, gas lifted wells, ESPs, three-phase separation, gas compression, and pipeline operation.
• Perform maintenance, taking readings, issuing work permits, following procedures, initiating work requests, writing procedures, and interfacing with support groups.
• Proactively monitor well and equipment performance to maximize production.
• Coordinate with Engineering and support groups to optimize data and processes.
• Track test compression data and conduct fluid level measurements with echo meter.
