Typically 3-5 years of relevant operational experience is required, including gas lift systems, ESPs, and three-phase separation.

Qualifications

• Typically 3-5 years of relevant operational experience at an intermediate level.
• Experience in well operations, including gas lifted wells and ESP operations.
• Experience supporting production environments involving three-phase separation, gas compression, pipeline operations, and control board operation.
• Experience preparing for and performing maintenance activities, including taking readings, conducting rounds, issuing work permits, initiating work requests, and following procedures.
• Experience working with engineering or support groups for data gathering and operational support.

Responsibilities

• Monitor well and equipment performance and take action to maximise production.
• Carry out operational rounds and observations on field equipment.
• Prepare for maintenance and coordinate with maintenance teams.
