Job summary

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in multi-skilled operator roles.
• Ability to perform daily rounds and monitor production.
• Strong knowledge of gas lift systems, ESPs, three-phase separators, and related equipment.

Responsibilities

• Operate wells, gas lifted wells, ESPs, three-phase separation, gas compression, control board operation, pipelines, and minor maintenance.
• Prepare for and perform maintenance, take readings, issue work permits, follow procedures, interface with support groups.
• Proactively monitor well and equipment performance to maximize production.
• Interface with Engineering for data gathering and testing compression data.
• Conduct fluid level measurements with echo meter.
