Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Ten years of facilities maintenance experience in industrial/manufacturing or commercial environments required.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Valid Chauffeur's License required.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and installation of building systems and facility equipment.
• Read and interpret blueprints, manuals, and drawings to complete maintenance tasks.
• Safely operate power tools and maintain hand tools.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness across facility work areas.
• Provide support for facility setup, events, and emergency repairs.
