The Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining Pratt Miller's facilities, building systems, and equipment to ensure a safe, clean, and efficient work environment. This position performs preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, installations, and general facility upkeep across multiple trades including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and mechanical systems. The Maintenance Technician works independently and collaboratively to support facility operations while responding to maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner.
Core work schedule is based on operational requirements. Overtime, evenings, weekends, and emergency call‑in support may be required to maintain facility operations and respond to urgent maintenance needs. Schedule flexibility is required to support business and facility demands.
Work is performed throughout office, manufacturing, laboratory, and shop environments. This position requires frequent movement between indoor and outdoor work areas and involves exposure to mechanical equipment, varying environmental conditions, and active production operations. The Maintenance Technician works both independently and collaboratively to ensure Pratt Miller facilities remain safe, reliable, and operational while supporting employees across the organization.
