Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking a Workplace Health & Safety (WHS) Manager to lead our global WHS program, perform risk assessments, and partner with Operations leadership to protect associates while enabling productivity.

You will analyze safety data, drive initiatives, and lead audits across multiple sites. Travel 50-70% and oversee safety training and emergency response to sustain a safe working environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 2+ years Amazon experience.
• 3+ years of increasing responsibilities in WHS and/or environmental programs.
• 3+ years of increasing responsibilities in people and performance management, or 2+ years of Amazon Safety experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead Global WHS Program implementation and site audits.
• Conduct risk assessments and analyze incident trends to target improvements.
• Drive safety initiatives with Operations leadership to improve culture.
• Manage first aid program and emergency response capabilities.
