Job summary

MRK Partners in Newark, NJ is seeking a Senior Property Manager to oversee operations at Symphony Hall and Lincoln Park communities (126 units). You will drive revenue, control expenses, ensure safety and compliance, and lead resident relations across multiple properties.

This role requires a Bachelor's degree, at least six years in property management, three years of supervisory experience, and familiarity with LIHTC, Public Housing, and other funding programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Minimum six years in property management.
• Minimum three years supervisory experience.
• LIHTC, Public Housing, Tax Credit experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Models and instills company mission and values.
• Improve resident satisfaction and property performance.
• Oversee safety, security, maintenance, marketing and landscaping.
• Develop and administer operating and capital budgets.
• Forecasts and manages major capital projects (HVAC, roofing, parking).
• Coordinate revenue collection and accounts receivable.
