JP Management is seeking a Senior (Multi-Site) Property Manager to oversee residential communities across South Jersey, including Holmdel, Long Branch, and Toms River. The role is based in the Toms River, NJ office with travel among three locations.

You will drive occupancy, NOI, and resident satisfaction while managing onsite teams and vendors. The ideal candidate has strong leadership, property operations, and financial acumen, with hands-on management of capital projects and compliance

Qualifikationen

• 5–8+ years of property management experience with multi-site oversight.
• Strong knowledge of property operations, leasing, and financial management.
• Understanding of Fair Housing laws and regulatory compliance.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and teams.

• Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple properties with consistency and efficiency.
• Lead and develop on-site staff, leasing pros, and maintenance personnel.
• Develop and manage budgets; monitor NOI and expenses.
• Drive occupancy and revenue through leasing strategies and market analysis.
• Maintain resident satisfaction and enforce lease terms; manage vendor contracts.
