Rose Valley is seeking a Community Manager to oversee property operations across sites, ensuring compliance with company policies and local laws. You will lead staff, manage budgets, and work with vendors to maximize occupancy and ROI.

The role emphasizes leadership, training, and effective communication with tenants, staff, and upper management, including overseeing marketing and leasing efforts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a residential property manager role.
• Supervisory experience with staff.
• Familiarity with property management software (preferably Appfolio).
• Knowledge of Fair Housing and related laws.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all site team members and ensure thorough training.
• Manage maintenance, work orders, and vendor coordination.
• Coordinate make-ready tasks to turn units quickly and cost-effectively.
• Handle rent collections, evictions, and payments using Appfolio.
• Prepare weekly/monthly owner and variance reports.
