Atoms is seeking a Senior Operations Manager in Dallas to lead depot-based operations, drive safety and efficiency, and partner with cross-functional teams. You’ll build leadership depth, optimize cost performance, and ensure reliable service for members and drivers in a high-volume environment.

You will manage a market-wide P&L, own fleet uptime, and push continuous improvements across multiple depots, with onsite leadership and a focus on scalable processes as the company grows.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive, hands-on operations leadership experience in fleet, rideshare, logistics, or another high-volume service environment.
• 3+ years leading people managers, including managers accountable for multiple sites or large frontline teams.
• Proven track record developing frontline managers into independent operators delivering without close supervision.
• Experience in multi-site operations with a single standard for distributed locations.
• Ownership of cost performance against a budget with growth, efficiency and quality balance.
• Measurable results improving throughput, cost, safety, or quality in an operational setting.
• Experience in safety-critical environments with incident response and regulatory or labor compliance.

• Standardize depot-level execution and continuous improvement across your market.
• Develop Operations Managers and Associates; build a bench of leaders with delegated authority.
• Manage fleet availability, maintenance, and uptime.
• Ensure driver shifts are fulfilled based on forecasted supply hours.
• Uphold safety standards, incident response, and day-to-day compliance.
• Control costs against an approved budget in collaboration with leadership.
• Own depot performance and drive improvements across all locations in your market.
• Define and enforce a consistent operating standard across depots and shifts.
• Analyze market performance to identify root causes and act on evidence-based insights.
• Deliver against the market budget and work with leadership on target setting.
• Contribute to market strategy and translate plans into actionable execution.
• Build scalable playbooks and training to support growth into new depots and markets.
